• Account information: name, email address, and authentication data when you sign up
• Usage data: links created, clicks, platform data, and analytics associated with your links
• Technical data: IP addresses, user agents, and device information collected during link redirects for deferred deep linking purposes
• Payment information: processed securely by Lemon Squeezy — we do not store payment card details

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and operate the Service; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (welcome, password reset, billing); improve the Service; respond to support requests; detect and prevent abuse.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), hosted on Google Cloud servers. Link redirect data is processed on servers located in the Netherlands.

5. Third Party Services

We use the following third party services:

• Google Firebase — authentication and database
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• DigitalOcean — redirect server infrastructure

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or track users across third party websites.

7. Link Analytics

When a user clicks a Flinku link, we collect the click timestamp, platform (iOS/Android/web), and anonymized device fingerprint data for deferred deep linking purposes. This data is associated with your account and the specific link.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Analytics data may be retained in anonymized form.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and associated data; export your data; opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@flinku.dev or use the account deletion feature in your dashboard settings.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), Firebase Security Rules, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
