1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flinku ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Flinku is a deep linking infrastructure platform that allows mobile app developers to create, manage, and track deep links across iOS, Android, and Flutter applications. The Service includes deferred deep linking, link analytics, custom domains, and related developer tools.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: distribute spam or unsolicited communications; link to illegal, harmful, or malicious content; attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service; resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission; violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Plans and Limits
The Service is offered under Free, Indie, Growth, and Studio plans with different link and click limits as described on our pricing page. Flinku reserves the right to enforce plan limits and to modify plan features with reasonable notice.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
7. Free Trial
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel during the trial at no cost.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content and data you create using the Service. Flinku retains ownership of the platform, infrastructure, and all related intellectual property. The Flinku SDKs are open source and available under the MIT License.
10. Service Availability
Flinku strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.
11. Termination
Flinku reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the platform. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Flinku is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
